TERMS & CONDITIONS

New Zealand A La Carte is a brand operated by Pan Pacific Travel, New Zealand.

Rates:
All rates are GROSS in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) which is currently 12.5%. Should this tax be changed at any time we reserve the right to adjust quoted rates accordingly.
All quoted prices will be guaranteed once full payment is received by Pan Pacific Travel.

Validity:
Rates listed on the website are valid until 31st March 2005 unless otherwise stated. They are valid at the time of publication however Pan Pacific Travel reserve the right to amend any prices that are adjusted by suppliers without notice.

Deposits:
NZ$100 per person is required within 10 days of your travel confirmation. Some service providers have their own deposit requirements, which you will be made aware of at the time of booking.

Payment:
Full payment is required 30 days prior to date of travel. Bookings made within 30 days of the intended travel date must be paid in full upon confirmation. (Pan Pacific Travel reserves the right to charge a late booking fee of up to NZ$25).
Payments should be made by telegraphic transfer in New Zealand dollars (NZD) to our bank account. Details as follows:

Amendments:
One amendment to the booking will be made at no charge. Any subsequent amendments will result in a NZ$25 charge per amendment .

Cancellation Charges:

20 Days Prior: $50 per person plus any ground operator charges
20 to 6 Days Prior: $100 per person plus any ground operator charges
5 Days or Less: 100% of tour costs at the sole discretion of Pan Pacific Travel

Refunds:

1. Unused Accommodation/ Service vouchers will be refunded at the sole discretion of Pan Pacific Travel. Suppliers are not able to authorise any refunds.
2. Unused Car and Motorhome vouchers are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all passengers have comprehensive travel insurance and full medical cover including accident and sickness. Your Travel Agent will be able to advise and assist you with this.

Baggage:
All baggage and personal effects are at the “owners risk” at all times.

Responsibilities:
Pan Pacific Travel and/or its agents give notice that all tickets, vouchers and coupons issued by them and all arrangements for transport, or conveyance or for accommodations made by them, are made by them only as agent for the passenger and upon the express condition that neither Pan Pacific Travel nor its agents shall be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act of omission, except by their own negligence (including any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party who is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip).
Without limiting the foregoing, Pan Pacific Travel and/or its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodation, sickness, or for any other cause beyond its control such as weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeur, war, quarantine or criminal activity.  All such losses or expenses have to be paid by the passenger. The right is reserved to alter or cancel the itinerary, which at Pan Pacific Travel’s sole discretion are deemed necessary or advisable.  Prices will vary accordingly and are subject to reconfirmation at the time of the booking.
