  • Skytower is Auckland’s “top” attraction. Towering 328 metres/1082 feet above Auckland City, Skytower is the tallest structure in the Southern Hemisphere.

  • Venture back to a timeless era of unchartered waters and discovery by visiting the New Zealand National Maritime Museum. Wander through world class galleries and learn about New Zealander’s fascination with the sea.

  •  New Zealand’s largest animal collection of native and exotic species is housed at the Auckland Zoo. Just 5 minutes from downtown.

BAY OF ISLANDS DAY EXCURSION

WAITOMO CAVES DAY EXCURSION

A guided tour of the limestone cave and a boat ride through the darkness of the Glow-worm Grotto where numerous insects glow reflecting off the water deep under the ground is a trip not to be missed. Natural 'decorations', stalactites, stalagmites and sculptures have formed as a result of water dripping from the roof of the cave or flowing over the exposed limestone walls.

BUSH and BEACH

Only 30 kilometres from downtown Auckland is the city’s largest regional park - the Waitakere Ranges. Visit the Arataki Centre where you have spectacular views of both coasts and magnificent Maori carvings. We continue to a black sand beach where the guide will explain all about the fascinating local history, flora and fauna of the region. Take the opportunity to stroll on an unspoiled black sand beach.
Our journey then takes us into dense rainforest, giant Tree Ferns and New Zealand’s famous Kauri trees. Along the walk native birds and magnificent Waterfalls give our visitors a true insight and feel for our unspoiled native bush - a classic kiwi experience. NZL 40 - The “Real” America’s Cup Experience

NZL40 & NZL41 offers a unique opportunity to experience sailing an America’s Cup grand prix racer. Passengers become the crew and are encouraged to take the helm, exert energy on the grinders – or simply sit back and enjoy the action as we sail the Auckland Harbour.
NZL 40 was originally built for the 1995 America’s Cup in San Diego but was not completed in time to race. She was brought to New Zealand as a trial boat in the 99/2000 campaign in Auckland.
NZL 41 was built by the Japanese and raced in the semi finals of the Louise Vuitton in 1995.

A 2-hour experience, departure times vary depending on tides.

DOLPHIN EXPLORER – Swim With the Dolphins in Auckland.

Dolphin Explorer is a state of the art high-speed catamaran custom designed for passenger safety and comfort. At 20 meters with 2 saloons and a bridge, she comfortably caters for 85 passengers.
Tours revolve around the university research projects that are conducted onboard the Dolphin Explorer vessel. These projects include work on common dolphin, whales, sea birds and evaluating our educational and conservation programs.
The Hauraki Gulf Marine Park is considered to be one of the most biologically and geographically diverse maritime parks in the world. Expert guides will share their knowledge and insights with you. In addition to common and bottle nose dolphins, Orca and other species of whales, a huge variety of birds, including Little Blue Penguins, Gannets, Shearwaters, Terns, Petrels and other marine life are also encountered. Rare sea birds, Cooks & Pycrofts Petrels are also seen frequently.
They specialise in swimming with dolphins in their natural habitat and have years of proven experience, however for the safety of both passengers and dolphins, under some conditions viewing only may be permitted.

Departing from Downtown Auckland, tours typically take around 5 hours. Departure times vary according to the season.

AUCKLAND BRIDGE CLIMB

Auckland Bridge Climb is an exciting new attraction recently opened.
Walkers will be guided underneath and over the top of the Auckland Harbour Bridge to a height of 200 feet above the water. The 2½ hour adventure will include a full briefing by a professional guide before you are issued with over-garments, radio headsets and safety harnesses for the journey.
Interactive videos, engineering features such as the vertical movement of the four clip-on road lanes, viewing platforms, a web cam photo opportunity will all add to the experience. Reaching the top of the Bridge, you will be awe struck by the views out over the Hauraki Gulf and Auckland City.
Guides are expertly trained in all aspects of safety and walkers will be attached to a safety line for the entire route.

4 TRACK ADVENTURES - 2 hour quad safari

If you want to have some 'real' adventure, come riding with us. We are located just 35 mins north west of Auckland central. Our quad bikes are easy to ride. No previous experience is required, just a will to take on something different, challenging, and above all great fun.
Full instruction and tuition given. It's very easy, 15 minutes training is all you need. Then it's GO-GO-GO.

Just think of the excitement. Roaming through towering forests and long vast wild surf beaches on your own 300cc quad.
Just so you don't get lost in Woodhill Forest's 36,000 acres, all Bike Safaris are guided. Helmets, goggles, gloves and wet weather gear is supplied.

Two Hour Quad Safari - This tour covers between 25 and 35kms of forest tracks, which gets onto Muriwai Beach for a short blast before heading back into the forest tracks. Tailored to suit the individuals riding capabilities.

AUCKLAND MUSEUM

The Museum houses one of the most extensive Maori and Pacific collections in the world. The collection is dominated by Hotunui a restored meeting house built in 1878 and re-erected in 1929 and an intricately carved full size war canoe Waka.

Manaia Maori Cultural Performance (includes Museum admission)
Includes welcome. poi dance, weaponry and spirited war dance or Haka. Daily shows at the museum: 11.00 am, 12.00 pm and 1:30 pm. There is an extra performance at 2.30 pm in the summer, January to March.
